This week is a special edition of MRP SPOTLIGHT where we’d like to update everyone on the success of our clients post-shoot!

Travis Tendler, an actor originally from Philadelphia, is represented by Central Artists. He’s had a busy few months since we shot with him! He landed a commercial for the U.S. Army directed by Peter Berg. Additionally, Travis has a feature film in development with great names attached and he is currently modeling for a new clothing line called HOBO (Helping Others Better Oneself).

Travis said he would would love to work with Directer Peter Berg again. He really loved his work in “Lone Survivor” because when the movie actually came out he was deployed in Afghanistan; it made the movie that much more of an emotional experience for him. “Plus, we both have huge respect for military members from all branches, what they do and what they sacrifice everyday to keep this country safe,” he added. Regarding his photoshoot with Michael Roud Photography, he had a glowing review of his experience:

“Personally, I love working with Michael Roud. First day I met him, he was so easy to talk to and I felt I could be myself. To me, we clicked. We were both on the same page when it came to wardrobe, what style I was trying to pull off, and what characters for TV shows that I should be submitting for. I cant thank him enough for what he has done for not only me but also my career. So THANK YOU Michael and team!”

We also have some great news to report back on our client, actress Erin Soto! Erin was thrilled to report that after getting her headshots updated, the first week she began submitting, she had three auditions, three callbacks, and one chemistry read. “I feel on fire!” she said, “The photos gave me initial confidence, and getting in the room gave me more confidence. I’ve had time off due to an injury, so this was quite needed.” She added about her photoshoot experience:

“Shooting with Michael is a fun and relaxed experience. He really cares about getting the shot and caters towards each persons needs.”

When it comes to shows and films Erin Soto would like to work on, she said she would be honored to work on several. Though if she received news I was to fly overseas to film on “Game of Thrones”, she said she might turn into a kid and faint like a princess. In film, she would love to work with directors Tate Taylor, Kathryn Bigelow, and Nick Cassavetes.

We are SO excited to share our clients’ success with you – if you’ve booked any exciting new projects or your career is picking up momentum after your photoshoot with us, please email the studio and let us know! We’d love to share your success stories, too!
