This week the MRP Spotlight is shining on Paula Rebelo!

Paula is a talented actress and director originally from Rio de Janeiro. Her acting has allowed her to travel the world: from Brazil to the US, Russia, Scotland, and beyond!

Something you might be surprised to find out about Paula is her history of horseback riding–full on English style dressage! When she’s not busy with her crazy travel-filled acting life (or horses!) she likes to relax and watch some Netflix. Most recently she’s been catching up on “Scandal” (a great choice).

Paula’s next project is playing Connie in the production of “Big Shot”, a vaudeville, dance-theatre piece inspired by “The Godfather” films. You can catch the singing, dancing, pasta-filled, criminal performance at the South Coast Repertory this spring.
