If you’re constantly in your head thinking creativity looks a certain way or you have to get to some magical “place” before you can create, you’ll keep missing the mark. Life is constantly giving us opportunities. The question is: Do we shut down to them or participate?

Actors, writers, directors… it’s all a matter of the mind. Motivation comes from within! It’s important to remember that creativity is not only your life-force, but it’s a way to recalibrate and keep your focus straight, your drive consistent, and your spirits high.
